01 How long does it take to launch the reservation page?
We aim to launch at least three to four months before the event. The schedule may vary depending on its size, format and region.
02 Can MRTS be used for every academic conference and convention?
We recommend MRTS for events with at least 900–1,000 participants. Smaller events are reviewed case by case.
03 Can you operate in every region?
We currently operate in major MICE destinations. Other regions are reviewed case by case.

04 Do you coordinate hotel room supply for us?
Yes. MICELINK negotiates rates and available inventory directly with hotels.
Please contact MICELINK first before discussing terms with hotels so coordination stays efficient.
05 What does the organizer need to prepare?
To encourage reservations, we ask organizers to promote the reservation page through direct messages, bulletin boards and similar channels.
06 Can I send discount coupons to selected people?
